If you wish to return a product or ask for a refund, please contact us first at (and please put your order number in the subject line) before you return the item to us by mail.

  • All returns/exchanges/refunds must be approved by us before you send us the item(s). Our returns guarantee entitles you to return a product for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Unidentified returns will not be processed. 
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packaging, with any price stickers, hang tags, etc. still attached.
  • Goods should be protected in a box or plastic bag. Please do not attach any tape directly onto the product or its packaging.
  • Refunds/exchanges must be accompanied by an original receipt. We will not accept returns or exchanges without the original receipt.
  • You must then return the item(s) to the relevant address within seven days of receiving our written approval. See our office addresses below.

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us at as soon as possible to reserve another product/size. Products may only be exchanged for other products available from

  • Please note that sales of all sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be given on sale items.
  • We won’t refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake (and sorry, we apologise!). This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return-shipping cost. 
  • In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  • You are responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
