These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the pre-order of bedding products, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillow cases, and doona covers, offered by It-Fits Concepts Pty Ltd ("Company") and set out the rights and obligations between the Company and the pre-ordering customer ("Customer"). By placing a pre-order, the Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

1. Product Pre-Order

   1.1) By placing a pre-order for any bedding product, including fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillow cases, and doona covers, you understand that the timeframes provided for production and shipping are our best estimates, which are subject to change.
   1.2) In the event of a delay, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated time of arrival (ETA).

 

2. Payment

   2.1) When placing a pre-order for any bedding product, you agree to pay the specified amount at the time of pre-ordering.

  

3. Cancellation and Refunds

   3.1) You may cancel your pre-order for any bedding product at any time before the products are shipped or made available for collection.
   3.2) To cancel a pre-order, please contact us and provide the necessary details.
   3.3) If you cancel the pre-order before shipment or availability, we will provide a refund in accordance with our refund policy.

 

4. Shipping

   1 Orders that include both pre-order items and in-stock items will be sent out together once all items are available.
   4.2 If you would like to receive your in-stock items separately, please contact us to make appropriate arrangements.

 

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
